Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at jaybik.oficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with a discount may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Jaybik reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
