Shipping Policy
Jaybik ships to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes between 7–10 business days. Expedited options may be available during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your item is dispatched, a second email with tracking details will be sent.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note: Jaybik is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, customs processing, or courier-related issues.
If your package is marked as «delivered» but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier to investigate. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact us for further assistance at jaybik.oficial@gmail.com.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
